• Participate actively in essential Marketing planning and strategy meetings to proactively integrate data and platform intelligence into discussions.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the entire MarTech stack, keeping up with HubSpot updates and pinpointing underutilized existing tools.
• Act as the marketing liaison to Systems, translating marketing objectives into well-defined requirements, identifying misconfigurations, and conducting quality assurance on builds prior to deployment.
• Take ownership of marketing performance reporting in HubSpot and Metabase, including multi-touch attribution linked to pipeline and revenue.
• Design and execute structured A/B tests across various campaigns, audiences, and channels to systematically document and implement effective strategies.
• Oversee funnel performance execution by analyzing metrics such as open rates, conversion rates, drop-off points, source quality, and campaign ROI.
• Exhibit technical scoping excellence by delivering clear and well-defined technical requirements that enable the Systems team to act swiftly and accurately.
• Assess system deployment quality by identifying logic errors, automation gaps, and conducting successful quality assurance validation before campaign builds are launched.
• Create and promote the use of self-service dashboards that empower stakeholders with accurate data quality without the need to wait for custom reports.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or a MarTech-focused business partner or analyst role.
• Extensive working knowledge of HubSpot, with the capability to critically analyze workflow logic, lifecycle configurations, and automation architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to draft well-defined technical requirements for a HubSpot admin team and perform quality assurance on the results.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of utilizing empirical data to develop insights, analyze funnel performance, build attribution models, and influence strategic decisions.
• Experience in designing and managing A/B testing programs with structured hypotheses, precise execution, and documented findings.
• Proven experience working cross-functionally as a business partner, establishing trust with stakeholders who possess varying levels of technical fluency and priorities.
• Familiarity with multi-tool MarTech stacks, understanding cross-platform dependencies, and a solid working knowledge of Metabase or similar BI tools.
