REVIT BIM Modeler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist with various tasks related to BIM modeling.

• Responsible for the construction of 3D models and the preparation of drawings utilizing REVIT software.

• Update 3D models to reflect the latest information, ensuring the accuracy of shop drawings.

• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines regarding design changes and model challenges.

• Develop BIM models to facilitate communication, enhance visualization, and support informed decision-making based on design modifications.

• Generate and verify structural rebar shop drawings to ensure alignment with design criteria and specifications.

• Create structural layouts and detailed shop drawings for civil and structural engineering projects in accordance with design requirements and specifications.

• Comply with the BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow standards.

• Adhere to BIM content standards and development protocols.

• Ensure proper documentation of all drawings.

• Maintain quality control over modeling processes.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Drafting or a related field.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience using REVIT.

• Familiarity with BIM requirements as per European standards is advantageous.

• Registered Electrical Engineer.

• Must be proficient in Autodesk REVIT.

• Competent in AutoCAD for drawing integration and cleanup.
