Reviewer Appraiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluates appraisals and reports, including desktop valuations from various banking channels.

• Reviewer Appraiser roles involve assessing all categories of residential appraisal reports, encompassing both complex and small income properties nationwide.

• Valuations are scrutinized for precision, uniformity, and to confirm they comply with USPAP standards, are thoroughly supported, and credible.

• Conducts analysis of quality and statistical data for the property assigned for review.

• Prepares a summary of collateral and communicates findings to the customer to aid in the lending decision.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• At least six years of relevant appraisal experience.

• A valid, active appraisal license with qualifications as stipulated by state regulations.

• In-depth understanding of appraisals and the appraisal process, including knowledge of Government Sponsored Entities, USPAP, and U.S. Bank policies and procedures.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines concurrently.

• Proficient in computer navigation, utilizing various software packages, including Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience in Appraisal Review.
