Revenue & Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Revenue Analyst for Postcard Cabins is instrumental in enhancing revenue, profitability, and owner returns throughout the portfolio.

• Create, sustain, and disseminate performance dashboards and reports that track occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, labor productivity, operational cost metrics, and portfolio trends.

• Develop and refine KPI frameworks for Postcard Cabins, ensuring consistent measurement across properties and alignment with Hotel Equities standards.

• Conduct competitive benchmarking utilizing internal data and various industry resources.

• Assist in the formulation of annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-term planning models in collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Revenue Management.

• Evaluate profitability drivers and pinpoint opportunities to enhance margins, optimize pricing, and improve operational efficiency.

• Act as a subject-matter expert across technology platforms (PMS, Profitsword, Marriott platforms), financial systems, and supporting tools utilized within Postcard Cabins and Hotel Equities.

• Collaborate with corporate and property-level teams to grasp business needs and develop reporting tools that facilitate decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in hotel management, revenue analytics, or hotel performance, preferably with Marriott or other major brands.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft products, BI tools, and PMS/POS/financial systems prevalent in the hospitality sector.

• Ability to distill complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.

• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative working style.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
