Revenue Specialist III – Revenue Setup

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Execute revenue cycle responsibilities, including researching and implementing system architecture modifications for insurance configurations.

• Integrate and address intricate payer contract stipulations within DaVita’s systems.

• Address inquiries from internal teams regarding contracts, revenue, plan management, and billing details.

• Engage with insurance payers to gain insights into network coverage, relationships, and contractual conditions.

• Manage requests from payers, partners, and customers to ensure accurate loading of center and payer information into the billing system.

• Work in collaboration with other revenue operations teams to ensure coherent processes across departments.

• Uphold the confidentiality of all organizational and patient information.

• Participate in team meetings, teleconferences, and scheduled training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare Revenue Operations or working with various healthcare insurance payers.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.

• Exceptional communication skills: both written and verbal.

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to adapt swiftly and handle stress effectively.

• Relationship Building: Collaborating with teams and other departments is essential for this role.
