This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Take charge of maintaining data integrity within HubSpot across contacts, companies, and deals.
• Create and enhance automated workflows for efficiency.
• Oversee pipeline stages and uphold CRM best practices.
• Develop dashboards for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Monitor conversion rates, velocity, and pipeline coverage.
• Automate the routing of leads, lifecycle updates, and alerts.
• Conduct pipeline audits and proactively identify risks.
• 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
• Proficient with HubSpot, particularly at the Enterprise level.
• Experience in creating multi-step HubSpot workflows from the ground up.
• Familiarity with lead scoring and lifecycle automation.
• Knowledge of automated lead routing and assignment protocols.
• Developed reporting dashboards utilized by leadership teams.
• Strong grasp of funnel metrics.
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding data accuracy.
• HubSpot certifications are a plus.
• Experience with integrating HubSpot with other systems is advantageous.
• Basic SQL or advanced spreadsheet proficiency is beneficial.
• Background in SaaS or professional services is a plus.
