This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for incoming RevOps inquiries, overseeing the ticketing system to triage, direct, and address Tier 1 issues across the technology stack.

• Resolve common system-related issues in Salesforce, including data corrections, updates to record ownership, field errors, and access requests, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

• Escalate complicated or high-priority issues to senior team members, providing thorough documentation and context.

• Conduct routine data audits and cleanup (duplicate management, field standardization) across Salesforce and associated systems.

• Monitor and uphold data integrity across the pipeline for accounts, contacts, opportunities, and custom objects.

• Create fields and custom objects in Salesforce as necessary to facilitate the completion of tasks and projects.

• Manage the upkeep and accuracy of standard RevOps dashboards and reports in Salesforce and related business intelligence (BI) tools.

• Generate ad hoc reports and data extractions to assist commercial team requests, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and pipeline assessments.

• Aid in data preparation for forecasting, territory planning, and go-to-market (GTM) analysis.

• Provide daily administration support for core RevOps tools, including Salesforce, by assisting with user provisioning, access management, and basic configuration adjustments.

• Assist in quality assurance for new workflows and system modifications prior to deployment.

• Document operational workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system configurations, while identifying recurring request patterns to suggest recommendations for systemic process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a similar analytical role.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills — ensuring nothing is overlooked.

• Effective written communicator; able to simplify technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.

• Self-motivated individual who is at ease with asking insightful questions and working independently.

• Inquisitive about systems and the flow of data within a modern GTM technology stack.
