This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary point of contact for incoming RevOps inquiries, overseeing the ticketing system to triage, direct, and address Tier 1 issues across the technology stack.
• Resolve common system-related issues in Salesforce, including data corrections, updates to record ownership, field errors, and access requests, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Escalate complicated or high-priority issues to senior team members, providing thorough documentation and context.
• Conduct routine data audits and cleanup (duplicate management, field standardization) across Salesforce and associated systems.
• Monitor and uphold data integrity across the pipeline for accounts, contacts, opportunities, and custom objects.
• Create fields and custom objects in Salesforce as necessary to facilitate the completion of tasks and projects.
• Manage the upkeep and accuracy of standard RevOps dashboards and reports in Salesforce and related business intelligence (BI) tools.
• Generate ad hoc reports and data extractions to assist commercial team requests, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and pipeline assessments.
• Aid in data preparation for forecasting, territory planning, and go-to-market (GTM) analysis.
• Provide daily administration support for core RevOps tools, including Salesforce, by assisting with user provisioning, access management, and basic configuration adjustments.
• Assist in quality assurance for new workflows and system modifications prior to deployment.
• Document operational workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system configurations, while identifying recurring request patterns to suggest recommendations for systemic process enhancements.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a similar analytical role.
• Practical experience with Salesforce — comfortable navigating the platform, generating reports, and performing basic data updates (Admin certification is a plus).
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and capable of working with large data sets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills — ensuring nothing is overlooked.
• Effective written communicator; able to simplify technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated individual who is at ease with asking insightful questions and working independently.
• Inquisitive about systems and the flow of data within a modern GTM technology stack.
• Familiarity with tools such as Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, LeanData, or BI platforms (Tableau, Looker) is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a B2B SaaS or rapidly growing technology company is preferred.
