This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the performance, scalability, and operational health of the entire revenue systems ecosystem.
• Oversee the governance of HubSpot architecture, including account/contact/opportunity structures, lifecycle stages, territory logic, routing, and attribution.
• Manage and enhance the complete GTM tooling stack (HubSpot, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and related tools) — focusing on configuration, adoption, and vendor relationships.
• Remove redundancy and technical debt across integrated platforms, consolidating and rationalizing where necessary.
• Establish and uphold CRM data quality standards, deduplication processes, account hierarchy, and source-of-truth definitions across all integrated platforms.
• Lead the proactive cleanup of inherited workflows, duplicate records, broken automations, and inconsistent data structures resulting from acquisition activities.
• Ensure that leadership in Sales, CS, Finance, and Partnerships can make informed decisions from a single, reliable data environment, and hold yourself accountable for measurable improvements over time.
• Advance the forecasting and reporting infrastructure from functional to predictive capabilities.
• Provide leadership-ready insights into pipeline health, conversion performance, representative productivity, expansion opportunities, and customer lifecycle transitions.
• Own the KPI framework across GTM functions—defining, maintaining, and promoting its adoption.
• Act as the operational connective tissue among Sales, Marketing, CS, Partnerships, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
• Translate GTM strategy into scalable systems and processes, reducing friction and removing duplicate workflows across GTM transitions.
• Manage the deal desk for new business and expansion/renewal deals—reviewing deal structures, pricing, and terms; serving as the escalation point for non-standard requests.
• Assess and rationalize the current tech stack—identifying redundant tools, underutilized systems, and inefficient workflows.
• Develop scalable account hierarchy models and cross-platform reporting alignment that can accommodate future growth.
• Ensure operational readiness for future acquisitions through documented integration patterns, clean data baselines, and established playbooks.
• 5–8+ years of experience in revenue operations or GTM systems roles, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment, with direct ownership of the revenue tech stack (not merely administrative duties).
• Experience in post-acquisition or multi-entity settings—you've navigated inherited systems, conflicting data structures, and the operational complexities of rapid growth, understanding how to consolidate effectively without disrupting successful processes.
• Extensive HubSpot expertise—architecture, governance, workflow design, and optimization within a multi-platform environment; capable of building, breaking, and fixing it independently.
• Proficiency in forecasting and analytics—you can construct reporting infrastructure from the ground up, evolve it from functional to predictive, and gain the trust of GTM leadership in its use.
• Familiarity with deal desk operations—comfortable reviewing deal structures, pricing, and commercial terms; able to uphold margin integrity without hindering business momentum.
• Established cross-functional credibility—you build trust through operational reliability, not just technical skills; Sales, CS, Finance, and Executive teams view you as a partner, rather than a support ticket.
• Hands-on builder—this role requires an individual contributor; you take pride in executing the work yourself.
• Proficiency with AI tools in your work—you are already leveraging AI to work more efficiently and intelligently, rather than just considering its potential.
• Competitive compensation and equity.
• Company-sponsored medical, dental, and vision plans for employees.
• Learning and development stipend.
• Wellness stipend.
• 401(k) program.
• 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave.
• Flexible PTO.
• Recognition programs and prizes.
• Company retreats and team-building events!
