This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, manage, and consistently enhance the comprehensive commercial operating model.
• Supervise and guide the preparation of quotes and order forms for new business opportunities and annual renewals.
• Support pricing strategies, discounting, and deal governance frameworks, including approval workflows and commercial standards to ensure a balance between market competitiveness, profitability, and compliance.
• Lead and take ownership of the CenTrak System Maintenance Agreement (SMA) program, which includes developing annual renewal strategies, pricing, and margin oversight.
• Forecast, analyze, and manage pipeline and revenue performance while collaborating with Sales and Finance to provide risk visibility and assist with forecasting.
• Lead and oversee the Sales Operations Team.
• Advise and collaborate with cross-functional leadership (Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Services, Marketing, and IT) to translate business strategy into operational frameworks.
• Own and manage sales systems and data governance, acting as the product owner for Salesforce and related commercial technologies.
• Perform ad hoc executive analysis, provide audit and compliance support, documentation, enablement, and ongoing improvement initiatives that enhance overall commercial effectiveness.
• Execute other related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations and CRM administration.
• Progressive experience in sales and commercial operations within a B2B technology or enterprise solutions setting is preferred.
• Practical experience in administering CRM and Sales technologies (e.g., Salesforce and associated quoting, reporting, and integration tools) with responsibility for data accuracy, process governance, and alignment among sales, finance, contracts, and billing systems.
• Proven experience in supporting executive leadership.
• Familiarity with the purchasing structures of enterprise health systems and multi-stakeholder buying committees (clinical, IT, finance, operations).
• Experience managing sales processes with lengthy enterprise sales cycles (typically 9-18 months in the healthcare sector).
• Understanding of healthcare contracting dynamics, including multi-year agreements, pilot projects, and enterprise rollouts.
