Revenue Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the daily operations of HubSpot and Airtable CRM

• Develop and sustain pipeline, funnel, and forecasting reports

• Record the sales process and convert it into Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure effective sales enablement

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses for leadership

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations

• Practical experience with HubSpot

• Strong analytical skills

• Knowledge of Gong or conversation intelligence platforms

• Proficient in SQL and experienced with BI tools
