This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the daily management of our CRM (HubSpot), including the oversight of custom fields, workflows, and user permissions.
• Conduct audits and ensure the integrity of CRM data, covering the entire customer journey from initial contact to revenue generation, to facilitate accurate forecasting, lead attribution, and pipeline analysis.
• Oversee and enhance the GTM tech stack, ensuring that integrations among sales, marketing, and customer success tools are dependable and well-documented.
• Develop and manage lead routing logic, account segmentation, and assignment processes.
• Create and sustain dashboards and reports that provide GTM stakeholders with clear insights into pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance in HubSpot and Google Sheets.
• Assist in Revenue Operations’ reporting routine, including weekly forecasting discussions and quarterly business reviews, ensuring data is accurate and timely.
• Highlight trends and insights that empower leadership to make quicker, more informed decisions.
• Design and document scalable revenue processes and transitions between marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Implement automation to minimize manual tasks and enhance efficiency and consistency across teams.
• Support quote-to-cash, deal desk, and renewal operations in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
• Act as a strong cross-functional collaborator, bridging the gap between technical systems and business requirements.
• 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a comparable role within a SaaS environment.
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to link operational solutions to revenue results.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels in a fully remote setting.
• Take pride in maintaining clean data, organized systems, and well-documented processes.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM administration, particularly in developing and maintaining automation (workflows, sequences, and process automation).
• Preference for experience with Operations Hub custom code workflow actions and webhooks.
• Experience in CPQ management and administration, including consumption pricing model oversight — DealHub preferred, but familiarity with any CPQ platform is valuable.
• Understanding of recurring revenue principles and churn reporting (MRR/ARR, retention, and expansion).
• Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization skills.
• Experience in maintaining custom integrations using low-code platforms such as Zapier.
• Nice-to-Haves: administrative experience with Vitally, Stripe, or scheduling/routing tools like RevenueHero or Chili Piper.
• Technical integration experience — building, troubleshooting, and maintaining integrations across the GTM tech stack.
• Familiarity with HubSpot APIs for integration management.
• Experience in governance/risk/compliance technology, legaltech, or cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of Python or Node.js troubleshooting.
