This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage commission plans for Account Executives (AEs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Sales leadership, ensuring timely distribution of plans.
• Take ownership of the commissions software platform by troubleshooting issues, uploading plans, making manual modifications, and enhancing incentive structures.
• Standardize and manage variable compensation payments, which include commission bonuses, SPIFF payouts, and custom compensation arrangements.
• Integrate newly acquired business units into the commissions platform and facilitate the onboarding of sellers and leaders from those units.
• Address commission inquiries from representatives and Business Unit Presidents, ensuring month-end close delivery to the Finance team.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to monitor hires, terminations, transfers, compensation changes, and retroactive adjustments.
• Maintain CRM integrity by creating Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and executing CRM automations in partnership with the Data Team.
• Relay necessary CRM actions to business units.
• Oversee the Jira ticket queue for RevOps data and reporting requests.
• Assist with the collection, reporting, analysis of commission data, and other related projects.
• Support the Director of Sales Enablement in conducting biweekly Quote-to-Cash Office Hours.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
• 2–4+ years of experience as a RevOps Analyst, Sales Compensation Analyst, or Business Analyst.
• Familiarity with sales incentive compensation design along with relevant administrative experience.
• Proficient in using SPIFF or a comparable cloud-based sales commissions and incentive compensation platform.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and sophisticated data models.
• The final candidate must successfully pass a background check.
• Preferred: experience with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) tools integrated with HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Preferred: experience with Jira.
• Detail-oriented, possessing exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with collaborative and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem-solver capable of identifying issues and proposing effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of responsibilities.
