This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Organize and facilitate daily or weekly live training sessions for our internal Revenue Management team.

• Develop and maintain clear, well-structured educational materials covering all facets of revenue management.

• Design comprehensive training modules and structured courses for our Learning Management System (LMS) platform.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and strategies in hotel revenue management, incorporating them into training sessions.

• Create onboarding programs for new employees and upskilling pathways for seasoned team members.

• Monitor training engagement and performance, continually enhancing learning content and delivery methods.

• Collaborate closely with Operations leadership to ensure training aligns with business objectives.

• Over 3 years of experience in hotel revenue management, possessing strong technical and strategic expertise.

• Proven experience in delivering training, coaching, or mentoring within a corporate or hospitality setting.

• Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, digestible content.

• Familiarity with using or developing training modules on LMS platforms (e.g., LearnDash, LifterLMS).

• A passion for teaching, knowledge-sharing, and nurturing the development of others.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Must be based in the Philippines; remote work arrangement with potential in-office collaboration in Cebu.
