This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Analyze historical performance, booking and demand patterns, along with customer behavior to guide pricing and inventory decisions.
• Create and manage dashboards and reporting tools that enhance visibility into essential revenue KPIs.
• Assess pricing models and suggest modifications based on competitive analysis, market trends, and internal performance data.
• Track occupancy rates, duration of stays, types of transactions, and peak usage times to optimize pricing strategies.
• Review competitor pricing and market conditions to ensure competitive positioning.
• Identify potential demand drivers that could stimulate increased demand.
• Collaborate with Operations to confirm facility performance and identify constraints.
• Partner with Marketing to facilitate promotions, digital couponing, and website pricing strategies.
• Prepare and deliver concise revenue performance updates to leadership.
• Convert complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Uphold high data integrity and guarantee the consistent application of revenue metrics throughout the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related scientific field.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in analyzing transactional datasets.
• Capability to translate data insights into practical pricing and operational strategies.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Background in revenue management, pricing, forecasting, or financial analysis within the parking, airline, hotel, mobility, or hospitality sectors.
• Familiarity with parking revenue control systems and event-driven demand planning.
• Understanding of pricing theory, yield management, or demand modeling.
• Expertise with advanced tools such as VBA, R, Python, and machine learning.
