Revenue Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain a KPI Executive Scorecard dashboard that reflects the overall health of the global business.

• Conduct regular sales performance reporting and perform ad-hoc analyses to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Assist in the quota-setting process and keep track of the President’s Club.

• Model efficiency drivers related to churn, LTV:CAC, pipeline coverage, and other go-to-market (GTM) metrics.

• Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Business Strategy & Operations to produce a monthly GTM trends newsletter for the executive team.

• Work alongside GTM leadership to comprehend reporting needs and ensure dashboards align with business goals.

• Continuously refine and enhance dashboards based on user feedback and changing requirements.

• Create reusable components, automate processes, and document best practices to enhance operational scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in an analytics-focused role at a technology company.

• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet applications such as Google Sheets and MS Excel.

• Proficient in SQL; experience with Snowflake is preferred.

• Skilled in Salesforce CRM Analytics or comparable dashboarding tools, including ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

• Strong comprehension of Salesforce Sales Cloud data structures and reporting capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for conveying complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

• A passion for data analysis and the ability to convert data into actionable strategies.

• Experience in sales operations is an advantage.

• Must possess authorization to access and receive commodities and technologies regulated under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
