Revenue Integrity Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for enhancing hospital and professional revenue while pinpointing potential revenue losses.

• Engages directly with leaders of clinical departments.

• Aids in the precise capture of charges by utilizing data analytics.

• Maintains continuous communication through reports and regular presentations.

• Organizes and facilitates monthly Revenue Integrity meetings focused on the professional revenue cycle.

• Performs reviews and audits of charge capture practices in clinical departments.

• Offers education to Providers and support staff involved in charge capture.

• Initiates projects aimed at improving revenue capture and alleviating provider workload.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university (or a comparable mix of education and experience).

• A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience directly related to the field.

• Expertise in hospital and professional revenue cycle operations.

• Proficient in analyzing revenue data to uncover trends and opportunities.

• Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate communication with clinical staff and faculty.

• Comprehensive understanding of coding conventions and regulations.

• Familiarity with computer systems, particularly Epic Care and related interfaces.

• Demonstrated ability to exhibit leadership skills in identifying and resolving problems.
