Revenue Integrity Liaison, Auditor – Educator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead intricate revenue integrity projects.

• Act as an internal consultant.

• Propel organization-wide performance enhancement initiatives.

• Evaluate professional billing processes.

• Track performance indicators.

• Support departments and providers with education on the revenue cycle and resolving issues.

• Provide guidance to departments, clinics, and providers on professional billing, charging, coding, registration, referral, and authorization processes.

• Identify and assess trends in charging, coding, documentation, and billing that affect professional revenue.

• Deliver tailored education and recommendations to providers and departments.

• Create and present performance metrics and trend analyses to operational leadership.

• Generate and scrutinize standard reports and dashboards to highlight improvement opportunities.

• Assist in the creation and execution of revenue cycle education and training programs.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside and work full-time in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Texas prior to their first day of employment.

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of advanced experience in professional revenue cycle or revenue integrity is necessary.

• CHC, CPB, CPMA, or CPC certification must be obtained within 1 year of the hire date.

• In-depth knowledge of professional revenue cycle and revenue integrity workflows is essential.

• Strong skills in consulting, presentation, and influence are required.

• Ability to convert data into actionable operational strategies.

• Capability to support education on professional billing, charging, coding, registration, referral, and authorization workflows.

• Proficient in analyzing charging, coding, documentation, and billing trends.

• Ability to develop and present performance metrics and trend analyses is required.
