This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Deliver outstanding care to healthcare clients as a member of the Revenue Integrity team.
• Act as a senior subject matter expert in revenue integrity, providing in-depth analysis and payer escalation assistance.
• Spearhead high-level charge capture initiatives and escalate payer strategies.
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional leaders.
• Propel enterprise-wide initiatives to guarantee accurate billing and adherence to regulatory standards.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in revenue cycle, billing compliance, healthcare reimbursement, or financial analysis, along with one of the certifications listed below, OR ten (10) years of progressive experience in the same fields in lieu of education and certification.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field can substitute for experience and certifications.
• AHIMA-CCS, AAPC-CPC, CMC, AHIMA-RHIT, or AHIMA-RHIA certifications can substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.
• Extensive expertise in hospital and physician billing, coding, and reimbursement methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in leading revenue integrity projects with quantifiable return on investment (ROI).
• Advanced proficiency in Epic and revenue cycle analytics platforms.
• Proven ability to analyze intricate financial data and convey strategic insights effectively.
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills with a comprehensive enterprise-level perspective.
• Capability to lead systemwide initiatives and establish governance frameworks.
