This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic collaborator with the Head of Global Account Management and AM leaders.
• Analyze data, field insights, and stakeholder feedback to identify performance trends, capability gaps, organizational priorities, and whitespace opportunities.
• Develop and sustain the AM enablement strategy and roadmap, which includes playbooks, skill-based training, and certifications.
• Create, implement, and evaluate enablement programs aimed at enhancing Account Manager performance and boosting expansion pipeline generation.
• Establish a uniform sales approach between Account Executives and Account Managers throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Promote the adoption of sales processes and ensure consistent execution across the global AM organization.
• Collaborate with Product Enablement, Product Marketing, and GTM Enablement on messaging, competitive intelligence, and product knowledge.
• Spearhead cross-functional initiatives from opportunity identification through design, alignment, execution, and assessment.
• Conduct impactful AM enablement sessions, including initial programs within the first 90 days.
• Shape the broader enablement strategy by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Set KPIs and measurement frameworks, and report on both leading and lagging indicators.
• Leverage AI and technology to enhance enablement effectiveness, reach, and scalability.
• Over 4 years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or a GTM-focused role related to Account Management, Post-Sales, or expansion selling motions.
• Comprehensive understanding of the AM or Post-Sales business, customer needs, expansion motions, and factors influencing Account Manager performance.
• Demonstrated success in leading programs from need identification through design, launch, and evaluation, with quantifiable enhancements in NRR, pipeline generation, or account growth.
• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to utilize data for identifying trends, diagnosing performance gaps, and formulating enablement recommendations.
• Proficient in using Gong, Highspot, Seismic, and CRM reporting tools.
• Solid working knowledge of B2B SaaS sales methodologies, such as Command of the Message and MEDDPICC, applied in both new-logo and post-sale contexts.
• Experience collaborating with senior and executive stakeholders, frontline managers, and cross-functional peers including AE, AM, PMM, and Rev Ops.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, establish structure, balance strategic thinking with execution, and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills tailored to diverse audiences, from frontline representatives to senior leadership.
• Openness to responsibly leverage AI to enhance efficiency and impact.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
