This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main contact for resolving day-to-day issues and escalations.
• Interact with company-assigned teams and client representatives via emails, calls, and meetings.
• Tackle real-time claim-level challenges and handle escalated concerns.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to enhance quality and maintain performance integrity.
• Assist the Client Relationship Manager and third-party vendors as part of the service delivery team.
• Organize client meetings and keep agendas and meeting notes when necessary.
• Engage in internal client conference calls with the company and vendor.
• Offer vendor guidance on client communication, policies, and protocols.
• Oversee daily issue resolution and escalate significant challenges following established procedures.
• Utilize client data, performance metrics, and KPIs to track performance and foster proactive communication and KPI enhancement.
• Recognize and analyze client-level KPI anomalies.
• Promote client satisfaction and retention.
• Act as a subject matter resource for client and company KPIs and leadership goals.
• Track the Daily Tracker for designated clients.
• Supervise action plan outcomes and Red Flag Action Plans.
• Collaborate with the Client Relationship Manager to encourage client behavioral changes that enhance performance.
• Initiate At-Risk Accounts as needed.
• Ensure client issues are addressed and resolved in a timely and accurate manner.
• Complete ticket assignments and initiate tickets for identified issues.
• Develop client policies as required.
• Discover innovative solutions and new revenue opportunities that align with clients’ objectives.
• Experienced revenue cycle professional.
• Strong operational knowledge.
• Client-focused, consultative approach.
• Proficient in all aspects of client communication, including emails, proposals, phone calls, and both virtual and in-person meetings.
• Demonstrated dedication to providing excellent service for both internal and external clients.
• Proven history of driving strategic initiatives, leading teams, and achieving high-performance outcomes.
• Experience working as part of an account team focusing on revenue and margin growth, client satisfaction, and client retention.
• Skilled in monitoring and analyzing account performance.
• Background in physician revenue cycle management and practice management.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Practical business development experience.
• Knowledge of third-party billing and claims processing procedures.
• Strong work ethic.
• EMR/EHR experience is required.
• eClinicalWorks experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to client locations based on business requirements.
