📋 Description

• Conducts both paper and electronic quality assurance audits on accounts.

• Executes audits on external vendors.

• Delivers ongoing training and onboarding for new hires regarding department policies.

• Performs additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED (Required).

• Familiarity with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

• Understanding of collection practices.

• Knowledge of medical billing.

• Proficient in basic mathematics.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with Microsoft Word.

• Minimum of two years of experience in self-pay collections.
