This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the daily and long-term operations of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) department.

• Supervise a team of revenue cycle representatives and ensure high-quality performance consistently.

• Achieve established key performance indicators that enhance access and customer experience.

• Adhere to all revenue cycle management systems, processes, and policies to maintain effectiveness and efficiency.

• Analyze operational-level reports, evaluate data, and present opportunities for revenue cycle enhancements to customers and leadership.

• Compile reports and assess data regarding revenue cycle outcomes and key performance indicators.

• Recruit, hire, train, and assess revenue cycle representatives, providing coaching and support as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management or Administration, or a related field, along with five to seven years of experience in a medical billing office, with a minimum of four years at the management level, or a suitable combination of education and/or experience.

• 3-5 years of experience with Epic.

• Proven skills in organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up, with a demonstrated ability to multitask and maintain a customer-focused service approach in a dynamic environment.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and interact with all levels within and outside of CHN as necessary.

• Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to foster relationships with team members.

• A proven commitment to the mission, vision, and values of Planned Parenthood.
