Revenue Cycle Management Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Lead the daily operations, coaching, and performance management for billing, coding, collections, and reimbursement teams.

• Create, monitor, and evaluate productivity metrics across all revenue cycle functions.

• Enhance workflows related to charge capture, claims submission, payment posting, and denial management.

• Ensure compliance with payer guidelines, coding standards, and internal quality metrics.

• Act as a crucial link between revenue cycle operations and executive leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least five years of experience in insurance reimbursement, account collections, coding, and medical terminology.

• Extensive experience in providing and managing billing services for a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).

• High level of proficiency in eClinicalWorks (eCW), particularly in reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation.

• Strong customer service skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• CPC certification and/or CPB certification is preferred.

• Previous managerial experience is essential.
