Revenue Cycle Cloud Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Conduct system administration tasks, which involve coordinating and overseeing the post-go live setup of Solventum applications and interfaces, while analyzing workflows in adherence to the policies, procedures, and constraints of designated clients.

• Execute advanced analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution to support multiple clients for the applications in use.

• Monitor the network, servers, cloud, and applications to guarantee full availability and optimal performance on a daily basis.

• Leverage software tools and logs to assess network and system health.

• Ensure resolution of technical support issues related to 3M applications and infrastructure by fostering collaborative relationships with the 3M support and Managed Cloud Services teams.

• Carry out system maintenance activities, including updates for applications and operating systems, among others.

• Availability for on-call duties is required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university OR a High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution, combined with a minimum of 9 years of experience in web-based application implementation or support, cloud computing, and/or network engineering in lieu of the bachelor’s degree education requirement.

• At least six (6) years of experience in troubleshooting and configuring software applications, interfaces, and web services.

• Familiarity with Windows Server Administration is essential.

• Experience in implementing or supporting the 360 Encompass System, including HealthShare and HL7 interfaces.

• Knowledge of Cloud AWS technologies and concepts, such as Lambda, s3, IAM, VPC, SSM, AMIs, EC2, RDS, and EBS.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with monitoring applications, servers, and/or networks.

• Possession of AWS SysOps Administrator or Cloud Practitioner Certification or equivalent work experience.

• Capability to manage multiple internal and external requests in a calm, friendly, and efficient manner.

• Experience with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.

• Understanding of and experience with provisioning and managing infrastructure as well as applications in cloud environments, preferably within AWS.
