Cloud Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• A real-time messaging infrastructure that accommodates 100,000 concurrent users for each customer application;

• High-performance systems delivering API responses within the 10ms range;

• A highly scalable architecture utilizing auto-scaling policies, distributed systems, and container orchestration;

• An infrastructure designed for high availability, supporting the homepages of some of the most visited websites and applications online;

• Management of distributed databases for our Data Platform, which records all user engagements;

• Development of infrastructure that empowers product teams to deliver quickly with reliability and observability.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in DevOps / Infrastructure / SRE.

• Experience with AWS infrastructure, including:

• ECS (Fargate);

• Lambda;

• RDS (PostgreSQL);

• DocumentDB (compatible with MongoDB);

• S3;

• CloudFront;

• API Gateway;

• WAF;

• SES;

• IAM;

• VPC networking.

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform;

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions (or similar tools);

• Skills in containerization with Docker and orchestration using ECS;

• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including load balancers, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and CDNs;

• Monitoring and observability expertise with tools such as Datadog, CloudWatch, Prometheus, or similar;

• Experience in database operations with MongoDB/DocumentDB and PostgreSQL;

• Proficient in written and spoken English.
