Revenue Cycle & Billing Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Partner with member leadership to evaluate workflows and pinpoint areas for optimization.

• Conduct engaging training sessions for both large and small groups.

• Offer coaching on workflows, optimization strategies, and best practice suggestions.

• Act as a change agent during critical situations.

• Support the design, development, and enhancement of educational programs.

• Gather and analyze feedback and learning data across various modalities.

• Work collaboratively with other OCHIN departments on initiatives to improve workflows.

• Configure components of the Epic system and document any modifications.

• Provide mentoring and coaching to colleagues and new team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or relevant position is required.

• 10 years of applicable experience is preferred.

• Proficiency with EHR software, specifically EPIC, is essential.

• Familiarity with Revenue Cycle and Financial principles is necessary.

• EPIC Certifications in PB/HB Resolute and PB/HB Claims are strongly preferred.

• Epic Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

• Experience with HB Claims, SBO, Prelude, Cadence, and EpicCare modules is advantageous.

• Experience in or with Critical Access Hospitals or Rural hospitals is highly sought after.

• Experience in or with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is also highly desired.
