This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• The Revenue Analytics Manager serves as a senior individual contributor and a leadership figure within EverHealth's Revenue Operations team.
• This position operates at the crossroads of customer intelligence and commercial insight, tasked with establishing and managing the analytics capabilities that support EverHealth in retaining customers, increasing revenue, and making informed go-to-market strategies.
• Directly reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations and having a dotted-line relationship with the VP of CX, this manager will dedicate approximately 70% of their time as the embedded analytics partner for current customers, collaborating closely with the CX organization and Account Managers to analyze and generate insights throughout the entire post-sale lifecycle, encompassing Onboarding, Customer Success, and Support Operations.
• Create and manage churn signal models that identify at-risk accounts prior to renewal discussions.
• Actively seek opportunities to enhance efficiency, retention, and customer experience.
• Develop and uphold post-sale performance reporting, including onboarding completion, time-to-value, SLA compliance, CS coverage ratios, and expansion and product penetration ratios.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in analytics, business intelligence, or revenue/customer analytics—preferably within a B2B SaaS or health-tech setting.
• Proven expertise in developing customer health models, churn frameworks, or retention analytics in a post-sale environment.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing operational metrics, reducing time to value, improving NPS, increasing forecasting accuracy, and advancing VoC programs.
• Experience utilizing AI tools in a professional analytics setting.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and BI tools (such as Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or comparable alternatives).
• Established ability to convert ambiguous business inquiries into structured analytical methodologies.
• Comfortable presenting insights to senior leadership—articulates findings with a perspective, not merely data.
• Proactive, opinionated, and focused on achieving measurable results.
• Strong systems thinking skills, with the ability to connect various processes and tools.
• Exceptional project management capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Over 1 year of experience in people management or mentorship.
