Revenue Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Generate monthly reports to aid in revenue calculations while verifying data to ensure precision, completeness, and adherence to accounting standards and company policies.

• Create and uphold revenue reports and reconciliations.

• Contribute to the monthly closing process, encompassing revenue recognition, journal entries, and variance analysis.

• Partner with finance, accounting teams, and operational departments to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and assist in establishing more efficient workflows and systems.

• Verify the accuracy of actual expenses and discounts related to specialty programs across various divisions to ensure alignment with monthly accruals.

• Acquire knowledge and adapt to new financial systems, tools, and healthcare-related billing platforms.

• Collaborate with the Wholesale division to manage customer lists that support the reconciliation of monthly and quarterly expenses and discounts.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis).

• Proven ability to learn new systems and technologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
