Retoucher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Ensure that all images adhere to color accuracy and consistency standards.

• Maintain quality control processes to guarantee that all visual materials (e.g., images, graphics) conform to the highest business standards and satisfy the specific needs of each project.

• Collaborate with photographers, designers, and other stakeholders to achieve desired retouching outcomes for various initiatives.

• Identify and address issues related to image quality, resolution, and color accuracy.

• Promote a collaborative, efficient, and communication-focused work environment.

• Stay updated on industry best practices, technologies, and software.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience (3-5 years) in imaging and retouching operations.

• Proficiency in imaging and retouching software, including Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other specialized color correction/retouching tools.

• Strong understanding of color theory and color management.

• Excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail.
