Retirement Strategy Consultant

📋 Description

• Offer consultations and insights on essential financial topics to plan participants

• Ensure participants implement actionable strategies for future financial achievements

• This role is tasked with boosting assets under management (AUM) by initiating proactive dialogues

• Educate or guide participants on Empower Managed Account Services offerings

• Record details from client conversations that are relevant to business and relationship development for future follow-up

• Responsible for delivering fiduciary advice by utilizing the Empower Best Interest Profile tool when suitable

⛳️ Requirements

• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65) registrations are mandatory within corporate-established timelines

• FINRA fingerprinting is required

• CFP and/or CRPC designation is preferred

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial industry

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in teams

• Self-motivated individual with proven problem-solving capabilities

• Experience in a metrics/activity-driven team environment

• Goal-oriented and accountable, focused on delivering positive outcomes that directly influence retention and the growth of assets under management and participant numbers for managed accounts

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required
