• Create and implement go-to-market strategies designed for highly regulated and multi-layered purchasing environments.
• Manage ambiguity and competing priorities to foster clarity, alignment, and execution across various deals and initiatives.
• Act as a subject matter expert in U.S. public sector procurement (Federal, State & Local, Education).
• Assist teams in navigating contracting vehicles (e.g., GSA, IDIQs, BPAs) and intricate RFP/RFQ processes.
• Support international public sector opportunities and facilitate the global scaling of best practices.
• Collaborate with distributors, including Carahsoft and other public sector resellers, to enhance deal execution.
• Provide guidance on pricing, packaging, and contract structures for intricate deals.
• Serve as a liaison among Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, and Operations teams.
• Develop scalable processes for sales request intake, prioritization, and execution.
• Leverage data and insights to enhance performance and shape strategies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Over 6 years of experience in commercial strategy, sales operations, or public sector contracting or procurement.
• An MBA or equivalent experience (such as a Law degree).
• Extensive knowledge of U.S. public sector procurement and contracting.
• Demonstrated capability to function within complex, regulated, and uncertain environments.
• Experience collaborating with distributor partners (e.g., Carahsoft, CDW-G, SHI).
• Strong skills in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• An analytical mindset complemented by robust problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in supporting global public sector markets.
• A background in SaaS, technology, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
