• Spearhead the formulation and execution of Pebl’s worldwide benefits strategy spanning over 150 countries.
• Define and enhance a scalable global benefits roadmap, which includes standardization frameworks alongside localized offerings.
• Ensure that the benefits design aligns with market expansion, competitiveness, and client requirements.
• Manage and optimize Pebl’s global broker and vendor ecosystem.
• Lead the selection process, negotiations, and performance management of partners.
• Establish governance frameworks (SLAs, scorecards, QBRs) to guarantee consistency, quality, and cost-efficiency.
• Oversee the complete implementation and renewal processes on a global scale as well as in the U.S.
• Ensure uniform and scalable processes across enrollments, renewals, and administration.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across various regions and teams.
• Lead or assist in the deployment of benefits administration systems.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance Pebl’s in-house platform.
• Improve integration between HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems.
• Utilize automation and AI to minimize manual processes and enhance scalability.
• Lead and nurture a high-performing team that oversees global and U.S. benefits operations.
• Support the benefits P&L through effective cost management, vendor optimization, and strategic design.
• Over 10 years of experience in global benefits strategy, preferably within EOR, HCM, brokerage, or multinational settings.
• Extensive knowledge in global and U.S. benefits design, compliance, and vendor management.
• Proven track record in building and scaling benefits programs across various countries.
• Strong experience in managing brokers, insurers, and intricate vendor ecosystems.
• Background in leading benefits system implementations or working closely with Product/Tech teams.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and mentor teams in a dynamic, global environment.
