Retirement Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with managed account campaigns through inbound and outbound calls, aiming to educate participants.

• Discover, implement, and follow up on opportunities to secure additional client assets while engaging in retirement planning discussions with clients.

• Analyze trends and devise proactive strategies to enhance service quality and boost assets under management.

• Comply with risk and compliance protocols, demonstrating meticulous attention to policies and procedures to prioritize the participant's best interests.

• Record relevant information from discussions with clients that contribute to business and relationship development for future reference during follow-up calls.

• Operate in a dual capacity when interacting with Advisory clients and Empower Retail clients.

• Enroll participants in the managed account program within the Empower Retail account.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the financial industry.

• Possession of FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 (or 66) registrations is essential.

• FINRA fingerprinting is mandatory.

• Results-driven and goal-oriented, demonstrating a strong sense of accountability to achieve outcomes that positively impact retention, asset growth under management, and participant development for managed accounts.
