This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver general product details to clients through phone and email communication.
• Achieve production targets, which encompass monthly activities, client meetings, and acquiring new accounts.
• Clarify product alternatives for standard inquiries and inform customers about Brokerage Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA).
• Offer suggestions when suitable.
• Familiarize oneself with systems and products, along with relevant regulations and compliance guidelines.
• Complete training and development initiatives to get ready for licensing.
• Grasp financial planning concepts, tools, and compliance obligations.
• Record activities in Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
• Participate in skill-enhancing activities and mentorship aimed at achieving fully licensed advisor positions.
• Provide operational and administrative assistance to the Advice Center sales team.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of experience in the financial services sector.
• Fundamental understanding of financial products.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and listening abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7, and 63 required for approval to conduct business in all states.
• FINRA Series 65 or must obtain within six to twelve months.
• Life and Health licenses needed within 60 days of employment.
• Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce.com) and digital financial advice platforms is preferred.
• Annual bonus eligibility at a discretionary rate of 5%.
