📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison for clients in group retirement and individual wealth planning, providing prompt and exceptional service.

• Manage daily operations of retirement plans such as 401(k), 403(b), 401(a), 457(b), and 414(h), ensuring accuracy and punctuality.

• Organize client meetings, reviews, and service activities while keeping detailed records and documentation in CRM systems.

• Conduct educational sessions for participants and address inquiries related to retirement planning, investments, and risk factors.

• Ensure adherence to relevant regulations while collaborating with vendors, broker/dealers, and internal stakeholders.

• Produce reports and monitor key metrics to assess client activity, service quality, and operational performance.

• Assist advisors and internal teams to guarantee alignment, execution, and consistent service delivery.

• Identify areas for process improvement, enhance client experience, and broaden retirement service offerings.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in managing retirement plans or providing retirement services.

• Current Nebraska Life & Health Insurance License.

• Required licenses include Series 6 or Series 7 and Series 63/65/66.

• In-depth understanding of retirement plans such as 401(k), 403(b), 401(a), 457(b), and 414(h).

• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities while fostering and maintaining strong client relationships.
