This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Create and implement communication and educational strategies through one-on-one virtual sessions and on-site group meetings, utilizing various technologies in a professional manner.
• Encourage participants to take measurable actions that enhance their retirement outcomes, including enrolling in plans, increasing deferrals, and rolling over funds from previous plans.
• Deliver business results and engage in meaningful discussions while adhering to service level agreements.
• Regularly fulfill reporting obligations within specified timeframes, including documenting meetings, attendees, and outcomes in the appropriate systems.
• Foster robust relationships with assigned key contacts, plan sponsor representatives, and internal stakeholders to optimize participant success.
• Oversee meeting scheduling, which includes coordinating travel arrangements.
• Provide insights to local relationship managers regarding the effectiveness of communication materials and strategies, and help identify alternative solutions.
• Participate in client meetings alongside other service team members.
• May be requested to take part in final presentations for new prospects depending on territorial demands.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience considered in place of a degree.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Excellent presentation skills are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams is required.
• Strong skills in relationship building and territory management.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 registrations are mandatory.
• FINRA fingerprinting is required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
• Ability to perform calculations involving interest, proportions, percentages, and fractions is necessary.
• A strategic thinker capable of working independently.
• Previous experience providing high-level, consultative interactions with clients is preferred.
• Basic understanding of defined contribution plans is advantageous.
