This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Act as a resource for plan sponsors and financial advisors on ERISA compliance, plan design, and governmental reporting.
• Serve as the primary contact for employers, financial professionals, and plan sponsors for designated accounts.
• Conduct client meetings via video and telephone.
• Deliver efficient customer service, problem-solving, and issue resolution.
• Guide Retirement Plan Coordinators to achieve business objectives, firm goals, and client commitments.
• Support both initial and ongoing plan design and documentation.
• Assist clients in meeting deadlines set by the IRS and Department of Labor.
• Stay updated on ERISA legislation and proposed changes.
• Relay valuation reports, participant statements, and annual testing outcomes to clients.
• Review or conduct annual plan testing and communicate findings.
• Oversee the coordination of valuation reports, participant statements, trust accounting, annual testing, and reporting with assigned coordinators.
• Manage FuturePlan operations to fulfill client audit requirements.
• Facilitate coordination between internal and external parties during new-client transitions.
• Supervise activities to ensure the timely and accurate management of the business portfolio.
• Safeguard, secure, and manage confidential Ascensus data appropriately.
• Assist with additional assigned tasks and projects.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3–5 or more years of experience in ERISA within the retirement industry.
• Proficient in evaluating financial data.
• Familiarity with Relius software is beneficial, but not mandatory.
• Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Solid evaluation and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize, manage tasks, and ensure compliance with business operations and ERISA requirements.
• Capability to plan, delegate tasks, and supervise staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Adaptability to respond positively to change and manage essential tasks.
• Competence in working under pressure while handling multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-stress environment.
• Ability to make sound judgments concerning issues that may impact financial and client relationships.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
