This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Design, architect, develop, and implement robust and scalable automations using Blue Prism.
• Convert business requirements into precise and comprehensive technical designs.
• Lead and engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring compliance with standards and managing defect resolution.
• Provide 3rd line technical support for complex issues concerning deployed customer automations.
• Oversee development tasks across various projects and report on progress.
• Serve as a technical point of contact and a trusted advisor for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to advocate for the Robotic Operating Model (ROM) and best practices in Blue Prism development.
• Create and conduct Knowledge Support workshops and enablement sessions.
• Identify opportunities to broaden clients' automation initiatives.
• Assess customers' Intelligent Automation capabilities and technical infrastructures against Blue Prism standards.
• Ensure a positive client experience through high-quality deliverables and effective communication.
• Take responsibility for the technical quality and architectural integrity of assigned automations.
• Participate in client, partner, or internal development teams while ensuring compliance with delivery, budget, and specifications.
• Conduct Quality Assurance reviews on automations developed by peers.
• Contribute to the establishment of Blue Prism development standards and best practices.
• Advocate for reusable automation components and configurations via the Blue Prism Digital Exchange.
• Identify, design, and develop automation solutions for internal Professional Services processes.
• Engage in testing and provide feedback for new releases and features of Blue Prism products.
• Support the technical enablement and skills enhancement of internal Blue Prism teams.
• At least 3 years of overall software development experience.
• Demonstrated experience in leading software delivery projects or making significant contributions to large implementations.
• Preferred experience as a Designer or ROM Architect.
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English are essential.
• Proficiency in .NET or Python is required.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL, including SQL Server or Oracle.
• Knowledge of Web Services, REST/SOAP, and API integration.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to act as a trusted technical advisor.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of producing high-quality documentation.
• Ability to understand client needs, evaluate automation journeys, recognize obstacles, and collaboratively develop actionable plans.
• Proven capability to mentor and empower client teams towards self-sufficiency.
• Must be proficient in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with UAT participation, defect management, and adherence to change control procedures.
• Capability to manage tasks across multiple concurrent projects.
• Understanding and hands-on experience with Blue Prism development is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Blue Prism Control Room, Work Queues, Credentials, Exceptions, and Logging is a plus.
• Knowledge of Blue Prism technical infrastructure requirements and deployment considerations is advantageous.
• Annual compensation of up to 175,000.00 BRL.
• Consideration for an annual discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options.
