This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Perform Retirement Readiness Reviews and facilitate individual meetings and group presentations with targeted participants, utilizing consultative expertise to enhance retirement outcomes.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders at each location within the assigned territory or for designated employer-sponsored plans.
• Conduct both one-on-one virtual sessions and on-site group meetings using various technologies in a professional manner.
• Oversee the meeting schedule, which includes travel arrangements.
• Design and implement dynamic business plans and strategies aimed at achieving positive retirement income objectives for participants.
• Record interactions in Salesforce and gather necessary information to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Meet plan-level and individual objectives to fulfill service level agreements and drive business outcomes.
• Engage in client meetings, sales finals, or other external meetings as required.
• Collaborate effectively with internal service and management teams to enhance overall effectiveness.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in place of a degree.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a requirement.
• Strong skills in delivering presentations are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams is required.
• A strategic thinker capable of working independently is necessary.
• Excellent relationship-building and territory management skills are required.
• FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 registrations must be obtained within an established timeline; current FINRA registrations are strongly preferred.
• FINRA fingerprinting is required upon hiring.
