This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the management of client caseloads, acting as the primary contact for the assigned accounts.
• Provide clients with testing results and year-end packages, ensuring that compliance corrections are completed promptly and that 5500 forms are signed and submitted on time.
• Monitor data submissions from clients, following up as necessary to ensure all information is received.
• Engage with clients, advisors, and other stakeholders on plan-related matters to foster long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with clients, advisors, and internal teams to address compliance issues and respond to inquiries as they arise.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Defined Contribution Plan Administration within a Third Party Administrator (TPA).
• Experience in Cash Balance or Defined Benefit Plan Administration is not mandatory but considered advantageous.
• Conduct and review compliance work related to cross-testing and ADP/ACP testing for Defined Contribution plans.
• Perform calculations for profit-sharing contributions utilizing new comparability allocation methods.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
