This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Lead the growth in sales and effective adoption of CYKLX™ within Retina Specialty accounts.

• Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals and practice stakeholders.

• Provide education on product and clinical aspects.

• Implement territory sales strategies and promotional initiatives.

• Meet territory sales objectives, activity metrics, and distribution goals.

• Conduct in-office visits, product demonstrations, and staff training.

• Facilitate the adoption of CYKLX™ in intravitreal injection protocols.

• Develop consultative relationships with Retina specialists, technicians, office managers, practice leadership, and billing staff.

• Offer clinical education and logistical support.

• Assist in the implementation of intravitreal injection protocols.

• Represent the organization at society meetings, customer events, and educational programs.

• Manage territory routing, call scheduling, frequency, and segmentation.

• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive actions within the territory.

• Keep CRM documentation, call notes, sampling records, and customer information up to date.

• Support processes related to ordering, inventory management, billing, and reimbursement.

• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Field Reimbursement Managers, Medical Science Liaisons, and various cross-functional teams.

• Provide customer feedback to sales leadership, marketing, and medical teams.

• Assist with campaigns, sampling initiatives, pilot programs, and conferences.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, promotional guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee the territory budget, travel arrangements, samples, and promotional items.

• Engage in training sessions, national meetings, and ongoing skill enhancement.

• Report directly to the Regional Sales Director, Retina.

• Travel extensively throughout the territory, approximately 90% of the time, which may include long drives, short flights, and overnight stays.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales.

• At least 2 years of experience in buy and bill therapeutics or medical device sales.

• Prior experience in eyecare with a proven record of success in calling on Retina Specialists is highly preferred.

• Robust understanding of total account management in complex product sales pull-through.

• Proven track record in territory management, building customer relationships, and achieving sales outcomes.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience collaborating with Field Reimbursement Managers and Medical Science Liaison teams.

• Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory, including overnight stays as necessary.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Ability to travel within the territory for over 90% of the time.

• Capability to accurately understand and communicate technical information.

• Ability to adhere to instructions, work regulations, company policies, and safety practices.

• Competence in meeting deadlines and managing typical workplace demands.

• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Ability to apply sound judgment and reasoning to work-related problems.
