This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Develop, refine, and expand email/SMS workflows and campaigns.
• Create post-purchase and lifetime value journeys that foster genuine repeat demand.
• Oversee segmentation, behavioral triggers, and predictive audience targeting.
• Ensure a balanced revenue share between flows and campaigns.
• Uphold list health and deliverability as a critical expectation.
• Evaluate performance metrics across Klaviyo, Shopify, and Hiro Analytics.
• Discover opportunities related to lifetime value growth, repeat rates, and time to second order.
• Clearly present account insights, explaining what occurred and its significance.
• Offer feedback that aids Growth Strategists in achieving profitable scaling.
• Conduct significant, hypothesis-driven experiments.
• Each experiment must include: hypothesis, success metric, and decision timeline.
• Document outcomes in team playbooks and best practices.
• Cultivate trust and rapport through strategic and clear communication.
• Facilitate retention strategy meetings.
• Provide strategic clarity and forward planning.
• Support cross-channel alignment for cohesive growth outcomes.
• Share insights, uplift colleagues, and contribute to overall team enhancement.
• Stay informed about platform changes and evolving lifecycle benchmarks.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce Email/SMS.
• At least 2 years of experience with Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, deliverability, testing).
• Proven track record of enhancing lifetime value, repeat rates, or flow revenue contributions.
• Experience managing lists ranging from 50k to 100k+ contacts.
• Ability to analyze cohorts, retention curves, and order behaviors effectively.
• Strong capability to communicate briefs for copy/design clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Composed, mature, receptive to coaching, and accountable.
• A team-oriented individual who believes in mutual elevation.
• Competitive base salary of $85k–$100k, depending on experience.
