This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Act as the primary strategic consultant and main contact for clients in retention marketing.
• Design and implement retention strategies aimed at enhancing customer lifetime value (LTV), boosting retention rates, and minimizing churn.
• Create and refine customer lifecycle programs, which include email and SMS automations, segmentation tactics, and retention workflows.
• Manage campaign planning and retention schedules for various client accounts.
• Perform cohort analyses to uncover customer behavior patterns, retention prospects, and growth insights.
• Evaluate performance data and offer actionable suggestions to enhance retention results.
• Collaborate effectively with Klaviyo Specialists, designers, and copywriters to carry out retention initiatives.
• Lead projects focused on retention and ensure the timely and high-quality delivery across client accounts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in subscription commerce, and innovations in retention marketing.
• Foster strong client relationships and contribute to long-term client satisfaction and retention.
• More than 4 years of experience in retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or roles focused on customer retention.
• Strong proficiency in Klaviyo, covering flows, automations, segmentation, reporting, and lifecycle strategy.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting cohort analysis and utilizing customer data to inform retention strategies.
• Background in working with e-commerce, DTC, or subscription-based brands.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for translating data into strategic recommendations.
• Outstanding communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities in client-facing situations.
• Experience handling multiple accounts or projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with subscription platforms like ReCharge, Skio, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and subscription commerce models.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to enhance efficiency and workflow.
