This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Overseeing 2β3 active engagement projects simultaneously, ensuring everything remains organized and on schedule.
β’ Developing and refining multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, in-app) utilizing Customer.io.
β’ Establishing and maintaining initiatives that promote long-term engagement.
β’ Collaborating closely with technical and product teams to ensure campaigns are correctly configured and function as intended.
β’ Diligently testing and reviewing campaigns prior to launch to prevent errors and guarantee a seamless user experience.
β’ Monitoring outcomes, understanding what is effective, and recommending actionable enhancements.
β’ Working together with copywriters, designers, and content teams to provide clear, consistent, and high-quality messaging.
β’ Ensuring that each campaign adheres to internal standards and has a thoughtful, personalized touch rather than feeling automated.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or roles focused on retention.
β’ A solid understanding of user progression through a product and the factors that maintain their engagement over time.
β’ Practical experience with Customer.io (or similar platforms).
β’ Detail-oriented individual who enjoys testing, troubleshooting, and enhancing processes.
β’ Comfortable working with HTML-based emails.
β’ Proficient in English at a B1 level or higher.
