This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Manage refunds and enhance client retention by addressing billing inquiries and overseeing overdue accounts.
• Offer administrative support to the sales team, which includes organizing calendars and scheduling appointments.
• Address customer inquiries with exceptional service, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
• Work alongside the sales team to guarantee the accurate and timely delivery of customer proposals and invoices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams in marketing, finance, and operations to facilitate seamless sales operations.
• Keep precise and complete customer records in CRM systems and other databases.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, customer retention, or a related field.
• Outstanding phone and email communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Prior experience with a CRM system is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing demands in a dynamic environment.
