Customer Retention Specialist, 1 PM - 10 PM UK timezone

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Manage refunds and client retention, addressing billing questions and overseeing overdue accounts.

• Offer administrative assistance to the sales team, including calendar management and appointment scheduling.

• Address customer inquiries, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.

• Work closely with the sales team to guarantee accurate and timely delivery of customer proposals and invoices.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams in marketing, finance, and operations to facilitate smooth sales processes.

• Keep precise and comprehensive customer records in CRM systems and other databases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a comparable role.

• Superior phone and email communication skills, with the capability to cultivate strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

• Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Familiarity with a CRM system is advantageous.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced setting.
