This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
β’ Manage refunds and client retention, addressing billing questions and overseeing overdue accounts.
β’ Offer administrative assistance to the sales team, including calendar management and appointment scheduling.
β’ Address customer inquiries, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
β’ Work closely with the sales team to guarantee accurate and timely delivery of customer proposals and invoices.
β’ Coordinate with cross-functional teams in marketing, finance, and operations to facilitate smooth sales processes.
β’ Keep precise and comprehensive customer records in CRM systems and other databases.
β’ Over 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a comparable role.
β’ Superior phone and email communication skills, with the capability to cultivate strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
β’ Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Familiarity with a CRM system is advantageous.
β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced setting.
