This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Develop and implement retention strategies throughout Western Europe while fostering high-performing teams.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Team Leaders managing the Spanish, UK, and French markets.
• Create effective high-value customer lifecycle strategies to promote growth and reduce churn.
• Utilize data to derive insights, formulate strategies, and enhance team performance.
• Foster a culture of talent development and proactive problem-solving within the team.
• Extensive experience and expertise in leading, coaching, and developing Team Leaders in a dynamic Customer Success, retention, or Key Account Management environment.
• A strong history of designing and implementing customer retention strategies that effectively decrease churn and boost customer lifetime value.
• Proven experience in managing Key Accounts (KAM) or high-value customer lifecycles.
• Excellent skills in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to track performance, analyze metrics, and promote ongoing improvements.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with regional management and international teams.
• A proactive attitude with a background in defining processes, spearheading strategic Customer Success projects, and engaging in talent recruitment.
• Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, as interaction with our global teams and local markets is essential.
• Bonus points for proficiency in French! While it's not mandatory, it will certainly enhance your candidacy as we support our expanding international teams.
