This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Performing extensive outbound outreach to numerous existing customers each day through phone calls, complemented by targeted SMS follow-ups.
• Utilizing data analysis and critical thinking to pinpoint the most suitable customers for engagement.
• Initiating meaningful discussions with customers that highlight the value and advantages of re-engaging with the cryptocurrency kiosk platform.
• Providing education on available products, value-added services, and customer benefits.
• Addressing objections, competing offers, and customer concerns with assurance and empathy.
• Utilizing a diverse range of sales strategies and marketing tools to instill urgency and effectively close re-engagement discussions.
• Recognizing trends and revenue opportunities within the current customer base to foster growth.
• Keeping precise activity logs and customer interaction records within CRM tools.
• Proven capability to influence decisions and achieve outcomes through consultative, relationship-driven selling.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong phone presence.
• Established history of managing various customer relationships while consistently meeting or surpassing revenue or retention targets.
• Capacity to clarify complex or unfamiliar subjects such as cryptocurrency and blockchain in an accessible and relatable manner.
• Experience in addressing objections and competing offers with poise, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Highly self-driven and goal-focused.
• Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere.
• Capable of working independently and maintaining productivity in a fully remote environment without losing motivation or accountability.
