Retention Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide inbound support to students through phone and WhatsApp to investigate and comprehend the reasons behind enrollment cancellations;

• Execute system procedures aimed at preventing students from leaving the college;

• Assess student needs and offer practical, objective solutions;

• Manage various types of situations reported by students;

• Utilize internal systems to document interactions and carry out support actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age;

• Have attained a minimum of a high school diploma;

• Possess strong communication skills;

• Previous experience in Sales is advantageous;

• Exhibit negotiation and persuasion abilities;

• Basic proficiency in computer usage and typing skills.
