Retention & E-commerce Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• You are responsible for the complete Klaviyo architecture.

• You oversee the on-site merchandising process from start to finish.

• You handle subscriber lists, campaign logic, and automation flows for SMS and WhatsApp.

• You chart the entire customer journey throughout the product ecosystem.

• Core flows are either rebuilt or enhanced and are operational in all four languages.

• Proven expertise in Klaviyo.

• Proficient in Shopify, not just familiar.

• Primarily a copywriter.

• Owner of multilingual content.

• Strategist for lead generation.

• Architect for upselling with demonstrable evidence.
